(& now Swalwell ? )

Epstein - Mr Garcia was sworn in January 2023, but the subpoena to release the files was not submitted to the Justice Department until August 5, 2025. Why didn’t he help to obtain the subpoena during the Biden Administration, and before Trump was elected?'

 

Swalwell - For how long has Nancy Pelosi known? Didn't she make Swalwell the Democratic face of # me too and "believe women"? Yet there were accusations against Swalwell going back to at least 2018, and NOW... RIGHT BEFORE MIDTERMS... HOW MANY  women are accusing him? Again, WHY was this information withheld until now? I guess Eric Swalwell is no longer useful to the Democrats. Will Pelosi have Robert Garcia talk about Swalwell on Capitol Hill in front of reporters, in the same way that he has spoken about the Epstein files?
 

This is another situation that makes me grateful that I switched to Independent.

 

Wasting taxpayer time and money:

Mr Garcia has wasted taxpayer money writing senseless bills like the Anti-Ballroom Bribery Act, which has never left committee...and now he can't wait to impeach Trump (instead of weighing in on any of California's fraud problems).  Impeaching Trump will waste millions of taxpayer dollars and will most likely have no result. I would rather work on bringing job providers to California, and hopefully we will elect a California governor, assembly, and state senate that will assist the US Congress in making that happen.

Tariffs and the port of long beach

    The upgrades are great and are employing many SoCal-ers for now, but when they are complete, our kids might not have so much work there.

 

      Mr Garcia opposed tariffs, which is short-sighted. Of course he is thinking about the Port of Long Beach workers and so am I. He even celebrated the update of the port which involves the workers worst nightmare, automation, which is a job killer.

 

    I want to encourage younger job seekers to find more long term jobs by attending a community college trade or manufacturing program and learning to use AI to their advantage. We should use AI to innovate, and not let worries of being replaced take away our creative spririt.     

Mr. Garcia voted against lowering our federal taxes

and he voted against bringing manufacturing to the US.

Not enough funds for the Metro Line Expansion 

Metro Southeast Gateway Line:

1)Taxes went up to help pay for it

2)A team, which included Mr Garcia, received a Biden promise for some federal funding

...and in spite of that, there is still a “major funding gap”.

 

The promised 40,000 jobs may never happen, and with the way that California is steeped in fraud, this rail line may never happen.

What's going on with the democrats?

​​Bernie Sanders, the Socialist, keeps pushing socialism on young Americans. He has leveraged his position in government to gain name recognition, and to become rich using the very capitalist system that he claims to hate. He criticizes ownership and wealth for the people, but he is entitled to three houses and millions of dollars.  When he was questioned about this by Jon Stewart, he fell back on his typical emotional and nonsensical argument.

 

Abigail Spanberger, the new governor of the state of Virginia, seems to have turned ...to sharply far left policies, after appearing to have run as a moderate.

The day after her rebuttal speech to the State of the Union address, where she reminded us of the founding fathers and the constitution, she refused to turn over a criminal (who had stabbed one of her state residents to death) to federal law enforcement. Is that what our founding fathers envisioned for the residents of the state of Virginia?

Is the constitution just a piece of paper to talk about when it gets her what she wants?

 

Protecting criminals over victims is a far left policy.

Mayor Mamdani of New York City has not only NOT made the buses free, he has raised taxes, on a city that already has a crippling tax structure.

 

New York state's governor Hochul is begging billionaires to return to the state, but then wraps her request in what seems to be confusing rhetoric. How does this bring tax revenue back?

 

 

I do not believe that we can continue to trust a Democrat who claims to be "moderate".
